I got a bye this week in the Battrick Cup so anyone want to schedule a friendly?

You might want to try some of the other bye week teams -- Cyclones, etc.

Or contact Atlanta Fury and tell them I sent you to kick their arse :)

What is the point of friendlies in battrick? Does it double your training for the week or what? All of my players who I am "giving nets" play in my league match, so is there any reason to schedule a friendly? So far I have played maybe 4 total in the time I've had a team on battrick...

Currently it keeps your form up. It does not affect nets (training) one bit. You don't have to play to get training in battrick.

Next season with the introduction of decreases in form for those do get training, friendlies will become even more important as managers will be forced to rotate players more.

I have to wait until tomorrow to challenge anyone but figured I would see if anyone out there wants a game before willy nilly challenging folks.

I accepted your challenge. In addition to the form thing friendlies generate a bit of income (like HT) so they aren't useless.
