Finally, we get a ********ing friendly...it's frustrating not having friendlies to improve our team which it desperately needs. So this is gonna be in Ft Lauderdale against a team that has actually been enduring a terrible run; they've haven't won since last July and are currently on a 4-match losing streak. Now a win here should....SHOULD be expected but these players need a win to get their shit together and get morale/mentality high...
This could be smoke but Duran and Yaser getting their first call up would be dope. https://www.futbolred.com/amp/selec...ra-reinaldo-rueda-a-seleccion-colombia-150864

Well , sucks the players from Brazil , Argentina and Mexico could not be released but they are not obligated since it is a Non-FIFA friendly. Best part about this friendly though is JuanFer and Bojra getting into shape and getting back the magical chemistry they had against Chile. Let's see how that Yáser Kid plays too.
My guess at a lineup: --------------Mosquera---- Roman -Llinas---Mera--Angulo--- -------Vega-----------Colorado -------JuanFer-----Hinestroza-------- ------Borja------------Chara---------
Don't know if I've ever been as uninterested in a Colombian roster as I am with this one. Yaser's a good call, but I get the feeling he won't see a minute. Angulo plays a position that needs improvement, so I guess that's something to look at. I haven't kept up with FPC in 2021, so I can't be too critical. But it bothers me how many of these guys are over 28. Also, why are Andrade and Perlaza finally dropped now? Questionable stuff.
It's too bad that, given his age, you can't really blame Rueda if he doesn't play him at all. If he somehow gets a start, that'd potentially make the whole thing worth it.
If you have friends and family in south Florida, pass this along so they can get tickets: https://vivafutbol22.com/?fbclid=IwAR0zgU8P0VGkSQEoT9EUXuvKOr8Hxr5Hfn52BIjb51cqC0gG1Y2eyJU3W_I
It bothers me that the list only inlcudes 1 player from Dep Cali and no players from Tolima, both teams that made the FPC final but no direct representation.
haha yea…. Call up is too small not enough players for me also did this fking team honestly just tie Junior!! After Rueda took juniors beat 4 players!! also I am no church of teo nut job but if he wasn’t called due to age why is chara?

isn't covid in Florida really bad because they don't wear mask or get the shot haha.... again why did Rueda call so few players?
I have no interest in this game other than this kid's debut: Uff gran gol el de Yaser Asprilla con la selección Colombia en su amistoso frente al Real Cartagena 🔥💫💫 https://t.co/oCoPsUQkEA— F (@FabinPertuz3) January 15, 2022
Taking the team to Covid central in Florida for a friendly is completely idiotic. I really hope Rueda doesn't get any ideas and use this camp as an excuse to call up more guys who aren't at the right level.
I've wanted a friendly in a non-FIFA date from a Peruvian standpoint for years. We are playing Panama today, but it's risky and I'm skeptical given what is at stake in 2 weeks.
So he sees Chara as an attacking mid which is not too surprising. Going with the two 9s is something he likes to experiment with. Let's see what Preciado can do out there. He sees Hinestroza as a LB option? That is surprising to say the least.
