God, please let this game be an early game... I don't want our defenders falling asleep like they did against Portugal.

    Still no Alex? :(

This has draw written all over it but I see as a consecration conducted by the Keepers of the Flame.

Nope they shouldn't!! Leave them to whine in their European wine!! I hope that the Sevilla connection in D.Alves, Adriano C, Renato and Luis Fabiano are all picked and even make it to the Copa!!

And in Lucio's absence I feel that Gilberto should be the captain for this occasion!!

And deep dow inside though I know he's not going to the Copa I would like to see the 2 former RM teammates in Ronaldo and David Beckham(I hope McSh-t picks him) face off vs each other!!

Re: Brazil 1st for England at Wembley

Thanks again Denilson!!! I just felt since the game is being played in Gilberto's home turf he should be captain and also captain the Copa team as well!!

I also see Julio Baptista and Denilson see time in that game as well!!

    Goleiros
Helton (Porto-POR) - Why doesn't Dunga give other goalies a shot like Bruno?
Doni (Roma-ITA) - Instead of calling Doni when he is on form, Dunga finally decides to call him up when he is OFF form.

    Laterais
Maicon (Inter de Milão-ITA) - Solid backup option. Does anyone know how Cicinho is playing after coming off his injury?
Daniel Alves (Sevilla-ESP) - He needs to start..
Gilberto (Hertha Berlim-ALE) - Gilberto is about to leave Hertha and he may end up in Brazil. I don't see him as our LB in 2010, I'd rather give a chance to someone like Maxwell.
Marcelo (Real Madrid-ESP) - Does Marcelo even get a chance to play at RM?

    Zagueiros
    Juan (Bayer Leverkusen-ALE) - Starter #1 IMO
Alex Silva (São Paulo) - Is Dunga playing a bad joke on us? Alex Silva isn't even the best CB on his team. He was playing well in the beginning of the year but he has been average as of late.
    Alex (PSV-HOL) - Starter #2 IMO
Naldo (Werder Bremen-ALE) - Glad to see him get called up again..

    Meias
    Elano (Shakhtar Donetsk-UCR) - A Dunga regular..
Gilberto Silva (Arsenal-ING) - Our starting DM
Edmílson (Barcelona-ESP) - Why? Can we not give anyone else a shot?
Josué (São Paulo) - Not sure if he will ever become a starter. I like him though, very solid DM.
Mineiro (Hertha Berlim-ALE) - IMO, Mineiro should be starting alongside Gilberto Silva.
    Diego (Werder Bremen-ALE) - A Dunga regular..
Kaká (Milan-ITA) - As someone stated earlier, why call him up if he is so tired and won't even participate in the CA? This is our chance to see what we got for the CA. Great job Dunga!
Ronaldinho Gaúcho (Barcelona-ESP) - Same as Kaká.

    Atacantes
Robinho (Real Madrid-ESP) - I don't know what to say about Robinho. I don't like the fact he is a bench player at Madrid. He needs to change teams so he can show what he can do.
Jô (CSKA-RUS) - Is Jô still playing well in Russia? I guess we are getting desperate at this position. Soon we will see Dagoberto get called up..
Vágner Love (CSKA-RUS) - Considering our situation, I expected him to get called up. He had a nice showing during our last friendly.
Afonso (Heerenveen-HOL) - Our fellow Dutch posters have been telling us how great he has been this season. Hopefully he makes the most of this opportunity.

This guy is pretty good - he was top scorer at Eredivisie (Holand) league, and the past Brasileiros with such honors: Romario and Ronaldo! LOL

yea it kind of reminds of 1989-1990 national team. Remember how exciting that team was? All defensive and no scoring rsrsrs. Seriously, Dunga never should have been hired as a coach. He was a great player but man, he is going to run the national team into the ground! Especially when Elano,Rafael Sobis and Helton are in the starting lineup, and when Robinho and other great players ride the pine. Why doesn't he try calling Renato Augusto? Léo Moura? Or what about Zé Roberto? I know he is like 30 something but he could still play. There are tons of players still in Brazil that are a million times better than Silva from SP. I didn't even know who the hell he was until today. Or try Júlio César in goal instead of Helton!! Dunga is in love with him rsrsrs.
