1-0, Beckham to RVN. RVN unmarked at the far post, header across the face of goal, beats Friedel.

1-1. Off a free kick from a Beckham foul, Berg heads in the cross. Barthez terrible in missing the ball in.

A very entertaining game, action from one end to the other. Blackburn will need to play better defense and Friedel will have to be agressive and have a sensational game to give Blackburn any chance.

On the first goal wished Friedel had come out and itercepted that cross ,just as Keller should have done yesterday on the first goal . Well Barthez did come out and compleately missed the ball resulting in a goal. However Barthez is a joke of a goolkeeper a detriment to MAn U.

Just learn how to spell, I guess.

Looks like Barthez is off--Ricardo to take his place.

Ricardo, just in--takes down Cole. PK.

    Dunn shoots, Ricardo saves.

Was the substitution tactical or for injury?

Giggs with an excellent chance to make it 3-1, right foot, just can't get enough on it to beat Friedel.

it's 3-1 now, and like i said in my first post Blackburn defense has to play better , that missed penalty really did them in . We could see more goals.

It's target practice, and Friedel has had to make several saves with the game running down.

    1. I want to thank everyone for not spoiling the Arsenal-Middlesborough game that was on FSW at 12.
    2. They showed the ManU-B'burn highlights at halftime. At Ewood Park, and probably at a neutral venue, the referee would have allowed B'burn a retake on the PK. Ricardo moved about as early as Brianna Scurry did. It's not so hard to stop them when you get to come off your line that early.
