1-1, Koumas with an equalizer--shot goes off Neill, over a stranded Friedel.

A side note--Friedel was named Blackburn's POTY prior to the game.

What a disappointment. Could have pulled even with Everton and been in a much better chance to go to Europe after next week's games.

Now I've got to do the unimaginable--root for Man'Ure.

Fortunately, the Spurs keeper seems particularly vulnerable these days :), so maybe there's still hope for next weekend.

Should be an interesting matchup next week with two Americans as the keepers between Spurs and Rovers. If Rovers win and Everton loses, Rovers play in the UEFA Cup next year, so this will be huge for them. They should have really beaten WBA, but they didn't, so this is their last shot. I think the Rovers will be able to pull this one out, but they also need an Everton loss, lets hope it all works out.
