Fiosfan, as I've said before you do a great job and I read the various articles every day. I am just curious as to how you obtain the information so quickly from all over the US?

I'll be fair here - it's a Gardner article. But I actually read it, and agreed with it. Even a blind squirrell gets a nut, I suppose. "Looking at the Cahill case: A highly expensive Designated Player, a member of one of the most important clubs in MLS, commits an obviously blameworthy offense ... but the incident is simply ignored. " MLS has made leaps and bounds in terms of attendance and tv ratings and quality of play. I'd hate to see all of that tainted by continuing, warranted claims of conspiracy. First there were the mid-season tie breaker rule changes, and no the continued inconsistent application of the DisCo, favoring big market clubs.
Supposedly (and I don't know if anyone actually believes this), those tie-breaking rule changes were finalized and shared with the teams during the MLS off-season, and the teams have been aware all season. and MLS just "revealed" those tie-breaking procedures publicly in the middle of the season (for some reason).
Absolutely, and we'd be lacking for "warranted claims of conspiracy" if we believed everything the league tried to tell us (or not, or too late).
Thanks buddy. I get help from "tab5g" once in a while. It's google and going to the actual daily papers from the cities where MLS has a team and finding free time.
