I tought the same... with the 3 lions it seems that is an England club.. but I don't have an idea which one
I am too lazy [....er..."honest"] to google. So, from this spot of sloth, let's try this: "It has a ship, therefore by the sea. The ship looks like the sort that would have been around the time of Queen Lizzie I ["The Borden-ator"], so what you would have seen at the time of the Spanish Armada until about the English Civil War... It would have to have been a major port to see such ships emblematic of it.. so Portsmouth? [Now watch it be a Spanish club!... ].
Let's go systematically along port towns in England: There are Newhaven, Shoreham, Portsmouth, Southampton Cowes, Lymington, Poole, Portland, Weymouth, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Scarborough, Kingston, Grimsby, Boston, Norfolk, Ipswich, Harwich, Southwold, Port of London, Medway, Ramsgate, Dover, Falmouth, Bridgewater, Bristol, Gloucester, Southport, Birmingham.,etc..... But if we're looking at the base of the pyramid that eliminates almost all. What would the base be? Premier, Championship, League One, League Two. The fifth level can directly promote to League Two, so the base would be below it? Say 6th level? [below that is truly amateur hour. 6th level is semi-pro'ish]. So in the 6th level we have National League North and National League South. In National League South, we find Weymouth. In the North, we find Boston, Southport, Gloucester. But those ships sure look like the kind that would have been launched in the south of England. Captain Drake kind of ships.... so Weymouth?
Another shape name for square would be anything with four sides or angles. Like 'Quad' or 'Tetra'. But what these have to do with ships I have no freaking idea.
