I think le Papa Bouba Diop and le SportBoy333 qualify as Français not living in la France.

Flanoverseas qualifies as le non-Français living in la France, but I do not know if he writes on this forum also.

I live in Montreal, Canada (which is the second largest French speaking city in the world, behind Paris, not that it matters, but I just realized that and felt like sharing). I enjoy French and Canadian citizenships.
