There is so much rotation in Lyon's line-ups by Giraldez (especially in League games) that some of their players can't get as many minutes perhaps to be recognized for an award like this. Thinking about Chawinga and Brand, for example. Anyway, I agree that Dumornay, Bacha and Renard very deserving of this recognition.

OL Lyonnes defeated Paris FC 5-0 and claimed the title.

    Champions League place:
France 1 play-off winners OL Lyonnes
France 2 regular season winners OL Lyonnes, so the place goes to the regular season runner-up Paris FC
France 3 regular season runner-up Paris FC, so the place goes to Paris SG who finished third in the League.

    Financial controlling institution DNCG decision
Dijon women team is forbidden to enter compeition at national level due to their budget being non compliant. Basically demoted to the regional level.

As per the regulation the team to replace Dijon in Arkema premiere ligue is
the team finishing 11th in the previous season, then the team finishing third in the Arkema Seconde Ligue. So first choice is RC Lens, second choice is Le Mans FC.

UEFA WCL qualification modalities for the Arkema Premiere Ligue 2026/27.
    1. Play-off winners straight to League phase
    2. Regular season winners 3rd qualifying round League Path
    3. Regular season runner-up 3rd qualifying round League Path

We have now lost the second direct qualifying team to the League phase.

Is this due to the recalculating of the UEFA co-efficient? ie French clubs' record against other WCL in a certain time-period?
