Jen Grubb was in the Reston Best Buy on Saturday around 3 or so. She was right in front of us in line but I didn't notice until after her purchase had been put in the bag so I can't tell you what she bought.
I think it's safe to say that Jennifer Grubb is now your bestest friend. Note to all stalkers and stalker wanna be's.... Pack a damn camera and a Sharpie next time!!! The stalker's creedo is that whenever you encounter a WUSA'er/USWNT'er...you need to shove the camera in their face and snap off like a dozen or so pics before you even ask them for permission. Then have them autograph your beer belly. Once that is done roll your butt over to FCM or the WUSA.com boards and brag about how so-and-so is your bestest friend and that you are on their xmas card list. Oh yeah...make sure you ask for their AIM SN. I'm sure they are more than willing to hand that sucker over. The preceding post was written with copious amounts of sarcasm (something some people have not heard about as evidenced by the past couple of days). FearM9 does not condone stalking even though he has done his fair share of it in the past 33 years or so (more sarcasm here folks). For the most part I say let the players be. Let them enjoy their time away from the soccer field. No need to make them feel like a freaking zoo exhibit.
Damn, GoDC. You missed a brilliant opportunity to have her autograph your Frosted Flakes box! Or your produce. How cool would it be to have Grubb autograph your grub? Shame. Shame.
Ah, sorry. For some reason, I thought you were talking about the grocery store. I re-read your original post and realize it was Best Buy. I guess we all know where I tend to hang out to stalk Freedom players now, don't we. (You don't happen to know where Carrie Moore shops for groceries do you...)
No, but I ran into her at the Maryland - William & Mary (women's soccer) match in College Park a couple of weeks ago.
I wouldn't mind stalking Emmy Barr...she lives somewhere in Arlington...she plays pro soccer, and she's got great legs...I'm a leg man
