Good I have said it in the past that he would be amazing in that position. His finíshing is just too streaky to be the main #9

Las sequías goleadoras de Montero no tienen que ver con su definición ....

Why not call him as a super sub?

There's a small chance that could happen.
Before the World Cup Ramos got so hot that Pekerman was obligated to call him up and try him out.
Maybe the same thing happens to Montero if he keeps on scoring. Who knows?

Freddy scored Sporting's second goal in added time to send the match to PKs. Sporting won the Taça!

Si Montero se queda en Sporting, tendrá nuevo ténico. Jorge Jesus, el que llevaba no sé cuantos años en Benfica. Se fue por el proyecto deportivo $$$$$$$$

    Today Montero started.

Teo was on the bench. (Saving him for the CL match I assume.)

I dont think nobody is calling him for the NT, the only moment we consider the idea of giving him the chance was back in the day when he was the top goalscorer in the portugese league

I would consider him now that I think about it as a secondary striker if maybe Teo was out or something

We don't have to call every player who scores a goal to the Nt but it is ok to be happy they are scoring. More Colombians doing well abroad = more Colombians getting a chance to go.

Remember for us to get a shot is difficult because we are not EU. That is why most of our guys abroad are starters or very young. No one buys one of us to be a sub

I wonder how long it'll last this time before he forgets how to score goals again.
