    You have to have lived in the States for five years to be a citizen (sans military conx), which is right around where his family is.

    They're hoping to get it done before the U-17 WC in...FEB? Mar?

    March, and that's for the qualifying tournament in Guatemala. The 2003 U-17 WC is Aug 13-30.

    I got an error message when I clicked on it but I believe this is the story people were talking about about a month ago on local TV. A couple people in North Carolina posted about it somewhere.

    Nah, it was two different things. I saw the Japanese video on the web, and I saw the Rick Sullivan report on local TV.
