He should be in his prime by the time Sunderland return to the premier league... ;)

    Hey Kalina

I see that you are a Sunderland supporter. Me mum's mum's mum lived near Roker park during the early 1900s because of the Irish potato famine. She past away while the Stadium of Light was being built. How's the atmosphere?

  8. Well to be perfectly honest...the atmosphere isn't is good as has been...but then why would it be? We've got nothing to shout about.
Though when our team's on the ball or when we're encouraging them to play the atmosphere is second to none. The atmosphere our away supporters generate is fantastic and among the best in the league, win or lose.

    On Adu

If you can translate spanish, there's a website that showcases some of Adu's exploits at a recent U-17 qualifying campaign in Guatemala. Check it out at:
    http://www.mifutbol.com/videos

At the left corner of the screen, just hit one of the numbers, I forget which one, but one of the numbers in that blue box will lead to the highlights of games from March. Adu has absolutely sick talent. Probably the most impressive thing about him is his touch, it's almost like the ball is a yo-yo, tied to his expert feet, going to and fro, but always exactly where he wants it. In one play against I think Guatemala, he litterally weaved his way around about 8 Guatemalan defenders, slicing through and by each of them before loosening off a volley from about 15 yards out, banging it off the cross bard. He's tremendously gifted, but it's too early to say whether all this will come to fruition. We can only hope so. Seems to be a great kid as well, apparently not egotistical, just really down to earth, no doubt because of his upbringing and his mother.
