Francesco Totti the footballer is synonymous with Roma, with legend, with magic. He's been the reason I stuck with this team for over two decades now, most of said time he was on the ptich giving his all. As the thread name says, there's only one captain and that's that. Whatever Francesco Totti the man does, especially after his football days, is just a normal person dealing with life. Let's cut him some slack, because if any of us had his star power and money, and the amount of beautiful women throwing themselves at us, I don't think that all of us would have been able to keep a relatively stable marriage going for so long. I saw Totti’s son Christan play in a youth game. He was ok but nothing special. Although he is still young, Totti was on a podcast with Delpiero during the pandemic talking about his son saying if he can't make it, to give it up. Im sure he knows if he is good or bad. It will probably be like Bruno -Daniele Conti. Bruno's son was good and had a long career with Cagliari but was never as good as his dad and never could fill his shoes.
I remember him. He was more than capable of playing for Roma. The idea he had to fill his dads shoes was silly as he was a defensive/box to box central midfielder. He was a prime example of the clubs tradition on giving up on young players who go into become solid serie A players.

When I lived in Italy, I heard of a lot of affairs. Many times, their spouses caught them by their text messages on their phones. That was a while ago but you would tend to think by now, many people will have become wise to the idea. It’s almost like she did it out of spite. Ironically, I watched an interview of her on RAI from this past April where she was asked if her marriage would survive an affair from either her or him and she flat out quickly said “No”! Francesco said it’s been going on for a while though so there must have been a buildup of a few years.
