I actually enjoy beIN. See away road qualifiers USA. Ligue 1, Seria A, La Liga.

    Love it.

I'm glad you do but unfortunately not a targeted consumer.....34 Million First-Generation Africans in the US and you market football to appeal to one specific ethnic group? I'm not having that...I'll keep up online as much as i can...

Power of the "word of mouth" still exist.....My friends now know you can drop bein from your sports package and some of them have other friends....Goes on and on and on and on and on......Besides bein's survival is entirely based on "youtube" comments...:)

    Cheers.

ESPN probably won't bid for those leagues.

    Not interested in soccer.

Those are good quality screen caps a lot better than what I have been watching online, what site or service are you using? I'm going to have to start looking into BitTorrent downloading again. Pm me if you would rather keep it private... Thanks Cesc

It looks like the BBC iPlayer and ITV's player. You would need to proxy or use VPN with a UK IP to access those.

I think it is self-explanatory but....

The english channel is an after thought for bein as eloquently stated by Cantona....If spanish is not your first language, then you don't count, therefore irrelevant to any football broadcast decision. Why else duplicate attentiveness to those who are thought off as core audiences or consumers?

I miss the Ligue 1 games though...:)

So is this Gus Johnson guy the new best thing? Never heard of him and not particularly interested in "googling" him.

    Best

He is best known for College Basketball during March Madness and his enthusiasm in his commentary. I think he is very good at College Basketball and is missed during March Madness since leaving CBS. He is also good at American Football too. At FOX, he is the lead commentator for their College Football coverage.

As for soccer, he is a work in progress in the commentary with limited experience. He is better than Dave O'Brien at soccer.

FOX Deportes had English SAP. If you get FOX Deportes, you're good. If you don't, you're complaining on the internet and I'm sure you know what to do. ;)

But at least try to give the guy a chance. Someone had to give Martin Tyler a chance, right?

How is it possible to drop a single channel from a package? Last time I checked, you need the whole package or none of it at all.

Ironically, or not, it is possible to be over-enthusiastic while commentating one sport, yet be able to calm down for another.

You think those guys go over the top for golf ranting and raving like madmen when the golfer hits the ball within feet of the cup?

Not sure in what context you ask this question but in any which way, i would work the equation backwards.
