Has anyone on bigsoccer played Four Four Two Touchline Passion? It's supposed to have better graphics than CM4, but not nearly as many stats... http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00006G2P4/ref=pd_rhf_p_2/026-4208832-0598849
I received a demo of it with an issue a few weeks back. I'm only just starting to get into management simulation game playing so I really can't compare it to CM, other than the demo that I downloaded, but I thought 442 was pretty good. The game mode was very good. It showed the action happening as opposed to CM's text. The ability to shout instructions from the touchline was cool, too. I'm going to buy it because it's the first version of it.
It wasn't in the demo, but that only had one mode - where you take over Sunderland with 6 games left and try to win the championship. Talk about tough jobs, eh?
Just tried to order it from Amazon UK, where it was 5 GBP cheaper than the official website, and a message popped up saying that they don't deliver software to America.
I think you can order it directly from http://www.sci.co.uk. I noticed the same thing when I went to the Amazon site.
Also, would you mind letting me know what it cost you? I have a mysterious charge on my Visa card for over $60. If I bought the game on-line for 32 pounds, there ain't no way I should be billed for more than $50 with the exchange rate...

Is it from Bionic Digital, Ltd? I have a charge from the other day from them for over $60, too. I think that the order form messed up the shipping charges. To be charged 2.49 GBP, the same amount as if I lived in the UK, for an overseas transaction seemed to be incorrect. The $10 or so that we were charged is probably closer to the actual cost.
I ran into a problem installing it. It crashed during the DirectX installation and it wouldn't run. I tried uninstalling it and trying again, but it didn't uninstall everything. I contacted their tech support and they gave me instructions for editing the registry, which I'm a bit worried about doing.
It's a Dell 866. It meets all the requirements specified, but it just didn't work. I tried what they said and tried to re-install and ran into the same problems. Dave
