How about a Forum for each non MLS state. So that people in Hawaii or Wyoming or Maine can coordinate US viewing party's and share info on soccer friendly bars. Thanks Eric
Bump, Here is a prime example, I am currently in Arizona for 5 weeks. Where do I post a message that says "Anyone with MLS Shootout in Sierra Vista, Arizona?" If there was a board for each state that does not have an MLS team, I could post on the Arizona board and maybe find some other MLS Bigsoccer fans out there to watch games with.
That is where I usually post, but I hate doing it as before each US game there are 100 "viewing locations" threads.
I'm fairly certain I'm one of about 3 regular posters from Arizona. And there are only about 7 people in Sierra Vista. I'd say your odds aren't great anyway, but good luck!
Ahh.... but he could always just drive accross the border to Mexico. He'd probably have a better chance of catching soccer games down there. If you wanna drive to Phoenix, I've got the shootout, so any bigsoccer member would be welcome at my place.
3 hour drive? dam, might as well fly to KC for the DC game this weekend. There are 20,000 or so in this town, i bet there is at least one guy with shootout.
Perhaps... Is there even a digital cable system that carries the shootout? I've only been to Sierra Vista once for a soccer tournament, so I do not know much about it. But, my feeling is that any soccer support would be for mexican teams.
Suprisingly, this town is mostly Military or retired military. My best bet is going to be a bar with digital cable that has FoxSportsWorld. As for how many people from Arizona or on these boards. Who knows, If we had a board just for "Arizona" we might find out.
Since no one seems to be going for this on. How about regional threads. Hawaii/Alaska Southwest Norhtwest Plains States Just another idea.
