It's possible to not be happy with the performance and still think we got hosed by the refs.

F*** this game. F*** their half-assed ball handling today. Dribbling into trouble, s*** defending, s*** first touch.

Wanna f***ing stab someone in the neck.

Ox also looks like he has a decent future, but that only makes me think he will be sold shortly.

We need a new manager. I have a lot of respect for Wenger, but things have been stale for a while. Sadly I believe the problem is larger than even the manager with a dysfunctional owner ans board who are acting like the current US Congress living in a nice little bubble.

I don't care bout the season while wenger is here still. He's shit and well past it, I just like talking to other arsenal fans while the game is on

A loss though was most definitely possible. If Liverpool don't lose Coutinho, this team finishes 6th.

We will be lucky to be top 6

Everton are strong defensively and have a better manager than us

City should walk it. Utd will falter when they play a team that can defend or press well

    Chelsea will struggle

40m for Ox would be lovely. Can't believe that wasteman thinks he can run a midfield with absolute shite for brains. Bellerin has regressed so much it's laughable. Same shit different year.

that only works if switch back to back four and we have too many flawed players to work in that. this 3CB formation isn't "the magic solution" as some people want to snark but it does well to hide the flaws of many of our players.
which it shouldn't have been. the way wenger implements his 3CB - with the 2 wide pushing forward and the middle deep - he can get away with a converted fullback playing the wide position but he really needs a natural centreback in that middle position. and, with a new guy playing 1 CB position, a converted wingback, and a wingback on an unnatural side, he REALLY needed to play someone who could direct people like mertesacker in there.

    but wenger gonna wenger.

I understand where you're coming from. His comments and constant whining have become beyond grating. His smug demeanor and know it all attitude is grating. I honestly mute my tv at times when he speaks.

20 years ago I never thought I'd ever feel that way about him. Now, I am to the point where he infuriates me. I just want him gone.

Our problems with the 3 back is as much the midfield (maybe more) as the back line. Xhaka is too mistake prone and Ramsey doesn't help enough. No back 3 can play well enough to cover for that.

Shipped 4 goals in the first two games and have looked shaky versus arguably average level opponents.

The ref had some questionable key decisions but the blame lies a 100% with the team. Ref's always commit errors in every match, however its up to the team to illustrate dominance. My issue is not that we lost, its that we keep making the same mistakes season after season particularly when we dont have the ball we look like amateurs. Anyhow same of old shit different day, we've spoken about this endlessly.

Wenger could've retired a legend or at least left

I don't like the guy anymore he's turned a lot of people against him who would've praised the ground he walked on ten years ago

Same excuses and weak defence with a lack of leadership

We trodden ground I know but no one would argue he is a good manager anymore. This squad is so average

Out of 11 people on the pitch we had 4 not playing their natural position (and for no reason, as we have 3 natural cbs two natural lbs and a natural rb available to us). #Wengerin.

    I was being honest too.

And I'm sick of Wenger too, but the fact is he re-upped a few months ago. So we seem stuck with him for another 2 season, or 1 at least. If we lose our next 10 or 15 games in a row, then maybe there would be pressure on the board to fire him. But what are the odds of that happening?

I guess I was trying to limit your masochistic tendencies a bit. ;) Or perhaps refocus them on things that have a higher probability of happening, like players being benched or different ones being called into the XI.

    Carry on.
