Same thing with Quenda, good for us but a huge waste, he has talent

Amorim sacked... Other than the fat paycheque was it worth it?

Probably just needs to wait it out for Mourinho to implode now?

Maybe. But refs are starting to give Benfica any PK they want for anything they can and SCP is now getting screwed so we can see Rui dos Tunneis is pulling some strings in the background and that can only mean Mourinho sticks around longer.

Mourinho's gone as soon as Portugal crashes out of the world cup

I'd honestly be surprised if Amorim goes to benfica though. He seems like a pretty ambitious guy, what's the point of going back to a league he already won everything in just to do it with a club that has a much bigger budget.

Agreed, the media will try and spin it but he's gonna have a fat paycheque for a year and wait for another PL Club, maybe an Aston Villa or Newcastle if they change managers

Gyokeres only had 8 touches on the ball against Liverpool and had his 7th straight game without a single shot. He hasn't scored an open play goal since September.

We already received an extra 1.25m for every 20 appearances he makes, up to a max. Of 5m euros. We also will get money for Arsenal qualifying for UCL. Not sure if we get anything for them winning the PL, But in terms of goals he's far away from completing bonuses.

It's funny cuz Arsenal never seemed convinced to buy him - it seems a lifetime ago the Sporting fandom was in meltdown in the summer. But we did buy 2 quality strikers to replace him (I think we needed upgrades in other areas, but in terms of striker I think we're well served with Suarez and Ioannidis)

Gyo was the one who was obsessed about going to Arsenal. He was the only one obsessed about it. I don't even care about the objectives. Considering the way he left he can get fucked and tear an ACL for all I care.

Moutinho won't be winning anything today.

Braga had an 109th minute penalty saved to even it up in added time

Vitória win the League cup 2-1 coming from behind, second trophy they've ever won excluding a supertaca, so fair play to them
