Former Revs GK Jacob Jackson pressed into service for Dallas after starting keeper Collodi saw red in minute 16:

STL ended the game with 41 shots, 14 on goal, but Jackson made several good saves to earn a 1-1 draw.

Just to follow up on this, Jackson got Star of the Matchday for his 11-save performance.

Tough to lose your job to a red-card, but Jacob Jackson has held on to the starting job in Dallas, following up his 11-save performance (see above) with a shut out win (while Collodi was serving his red-card suspension), then won again this weekend (with Collodi on the bench) 3-1.

Stumbled upon Adam Buksa playing for Udinese today in a Coppa Italia match against Palermo. Reasonably effective, though didn’t make it onto the scoresheet.

Being the soccer-in-nice-weather junkie that I am, I went to the RIFC game last Sunday, and who do I spy out there on the pitch for the Las Vegas Lights? Tommy McNamara!

Opening a spot? I believe he was the only DP they had, so it's not like they needed a spot.

Former revs Homegrown Isaac Angking had his option declined by RIFC.

I remember the end of the 2018 season where he started to get sub minutes in CM and thinking he could be a guy for us. Then he swallowed a toothpick and fell off the map.

One of the weirdest medical stories ever. Took a long time to figure out what was wrong with him, costing irreplaceable development time.

Was watching the French Cup match between Nantes and Nice yesterday when Christian Ganago came on in the 81st minute. Nantes' attack looked better after he came on, and he made his penalty after the game ended 1-1, but Nantes still lost.

"...despite all that they had to give up to get me..." Who was that, Will Sands? Basically what St. Loo gave up was the money needed for his million-dollar contract.

I figure a lot of you are Patriot fans, and since your NSR forum seems dead I thought I’d put it here.

It’s really eye opening, all the background into the Butler interception that beat the Seahawks.

The premise at the time was that the contract paid to Kessler was too high, and so trade him (basically for making the same AAV) but with only one year left. Personally, I agreed with the trade. I liked Kess but $1M was too much.
