For the coach the midfielders who matter atm given the competition and the conference league are Orkun Kökcü, Guus Til and Fredrik Aursnes with Hendrix igetting sub minutes to fit him in and Toornstra to keep him linked up with the midfield play when necesary to replace one of the three first mentioned. The three youngsters might get in a match some minutes in the last five/ten minutes just to sniff it.
To show it's not easy to get into the team: Sinisterra gives most key passes, Toornstra successful with long pass Toornstra leads in the "Eredivisie" with successful long passes, yet he's a sub in the midfield.. https://www.feyenoordpings.nl/sinisterra-geeft-meeste-key-passes-toornstra-succesvol-met-lange-pass/ Sinisterra geeft meeste key passes, Toornstra succesvol met lange pass Vandaag, 12:17 0 reacties door Stefan bron: Eredivisie Luis Sinisterra en Jens Toornstra Foto: © Pro Shots The player Cole is most compared to, Guus Til, is currently the co top scorer of the Eredivisie together with goal scoring machine in both Eredivisie and CL, Haller. So that sums up what Cole has to do to get in. Remember Bradley at sc Heerenveen scored in a whole season 15 goals!
Former Ajax/PSV coach Aad de Mos says about the Feyenoord midfield: https://www.feyenoordpings.nl/de-mos-positief-dan-zit-met-name-feyenoord-op-het-vinkentouw/ Aad de Mos thinks that Feyenoord has good chances of qualifying for next season's Champions League this season. Especially due to the unrest at Ajax and the poor results of PSV, De Mos is positive about the Rotterdammers. "It's always the question: 'how do they deal with it?', says De Mos in the Twee Viertje about Feyenoord's chances of Champions League football. "When you get compliments, you always have to stay sharp as a coach. They now get a game against a relegation candidate, then you have to be there again. They do have the qualities, the midfield is fantastic at the moment." You might think that sucks for his chances, but in fact it's a blessing you learn from them and when you get sub minutes you have to strive to match their level as closely as you can atm.
Honestly, I think Bassett will rise to the challenge. He is a very competitive person, and is an extremely hard worker. Knowing he has to earn his place on the team is something familiar to him - and something he’s already done before leaving the Rapids. Y’all got yourselves a good one over there. Given some time, he’ll earn his minutes.
Bassett getting a start for the U21s. I’m sure this is a big chance for him to show them his game sense and maybe start cracking into the full roster. Go get it Cole! 1492497925691301890 is not a valid tweet id

Glentoran announce signing of former MLS Rookie of the Year https://www.belfastlive.co.uk/sport...lentoran-announce-signing-former-mls-23269081
Very interesting signing. Wonder if he just wants to play somewhere or if he wants to live in Ireland.
Conor Casey got his first victory as manger of legendary USLC club Charleston Battery this weekend as they defeated FC Tulsa 1-0.
A follow-up to this, Danny Earls has published his comic book through Rogue Comics Ireland. Looks like you can order it on their website but I sent a request to my local comic shop (I Want More Comics in Thornton) to see if they could get it through their distributors. https://www.roguecomicsireland.com/roguestore/hellfire-issue-1
Watching CHI vs SKC and Kortne Ford had a one of those old school, hard crunching, and clean tackles against million dollar man Xherdan Shaqiri that nearly sent Shaqiri flying into the bench. Ford gets up and just stares at Shaqiri like he ain’t shit. A minute of two later the camera catches Shaqiri voicing his displeasure and Ford just smiled devilishly at him. Man…. I’m gonna miss Kortne. Sucks he’s with SKC but sooooo happy for him.
Watching a little La Liga this morning….. Cadiz vs Villarreal. The Cadiz captain is none other than Jose Mari. The same Jose Mari that patrolled the center of the pitch for the Rapids back in 2014. At 34, he still looked good. I wondered what happened to him…. now I know!
Cadiz is a great place to visit too. Halle Berry's first scene in Die Another Day, supposedly set in Cuba, was filmed on the beach there.
I’ve heard that. I’ve been to Malaga on the opposite side of Andalusia and thought…..beautiful but overrated. So many people had told me I should have gone to Cadiz. I did catch a Copa del Rey match between Malaga vs Real Ovieo. Sweet like 30K stadium Malaga has. One day I will return to Andalusia and hit up Cadiz.
