Tough breaks.. the dude from Alcoyano really screwed him last year. He's been injured for the last month and a half, he reinjured that same ankle in practice.

    Sucks

Marc has recovered from his hamstring injury and has been on the bench the last couple of matches as he works his way back to full fitness. discussion is rife on whether he'll start in the Glasgow derby at Mordor next weekend.

Lucho was a psychic when it came to Gio. He predicted he would end up in a club like Tottenham and he did. And now he's going back to Mexico? Epic Fail for Gio.

He'd be a great acquisition for MLS and Chivas USA.

Though knowing Gio, he'd probably want DP money. Not sure if it'd be worth it.

Marc Crosas should start for Celtic tomorrow in the 4th round of the Scottish Cup. he missed a lot of playing time with a hamstring problem but has recovered fully and has been eased back into the first team picture. he's now itching to get back in the team and a good display tomorrow from him will go a long way to achieve that.

incidentally, on a separate note, has anyone heard if Jeffren is going to move to us on loan in the January window. it has been mentioned a bit on various Celtic forums. i know this isn't the place for this but i didn't see a January window thread in your forum.

Seeing as Barca isn't really doing anything (to my knowledge) in the transfer window, I guess nobody bothered to make a thread for it :p

If you want to do some transfer talk somewhere more 'proper', you could try our season thread :)

Marc started against Dundee in the 4th rd of the Scottish Cup on Saturday. he looked a little rusty at times which is to be expected as it was his first game in 3mts after his hamstring injury. in saying that he still plays more intelligent forward passes than most other midfielders we have.

the fans have certainly taken to him. here's hoping he gets some company in the form of Jeffren or Gonzalez who are both being linked to a move to Celtic in this window.

If you're being sarcastic then your just wasting your time. I just posted the video because the resemblance between that dwarf and Ronaldinho is uncanny, besides he's awesome at free kicks!

    It's a joke

Marc is now back to full fitness and has started the last two matches for Celtic at home to Dundee in the Scottish cup and home to Hibernian in the league yesterday.

he has fitted seamlessly back into the midfield.

Sorry to go a little OT, but have you heard any rumblings about Celtic going after Sacha Kljestan? (USMNT midfielder who plays for Chivas USA) Word is that he's trained with them, and speculation is that after his hat trick last night, he won't be staying in MLS.

he was on trial with us before the Sweden game and apparently did quite well. Strachan requested the trial as he hadn't seen him live himself. he was recommended by our chief scout, John Park.

a Celtic fan living in Texas stated on a Celtic forum over an hour ago that he'd seen a breaking news report on US TV saying that Kljestan had signed a 4yr deal with Celtic but i can't get any corroboration of that so take it with a pinch of salt for now.

we'll know for definite one way or another within the next 12-24hrs i'd imagine.
