Just thought some of you may like to know where Mr. Forko ended up. I refereed a game friday, boys JV. I remember thinking to myself,,,,this coach is a pain in the butt,,,constant complainer, wanted every call. This JV team had 3 coaches and all of them complained more than a room full of women on PMS. Come to find out they were all former UCONN players and one was Sam Forko. I even laughed at the coaches during the game when they were complaining about the rough play, I said you guys have to be kidding me! His team did win 2-1.
E.O. SMITH,,,,located within walking distance of the UCONN campus.. the varsity team is 11-0-3 and ranked 4th in the state. I am sure he helps out with them as well.
