It has been, ohhh, about 27 years since my last confession. During the Burn/DC game last night, I found myself guiltily rooting for DC to win. I know that this goes against all that is good and holy about being a Crew supporter. I pray that there is redemption for my soul. Please forgive me.
I have to admit I wouldn't have minded seeing them win and make the playoffs. I figure it's good for the league to have them in. They would be able to sell more tickets than Chicago or KC for their playoff matches at the very least. I do like to see Convey, Quintanilla and Quaranta play as well. I won't loose any sleep over them not making it though. Z

Dennis Miller said something about delighting in the misery of other people one time. Well, I delight in seeing DCU in the crapper. What goes around, comes around, for DC. It would make me even happier to see the Fire not in the playoffs. What will the hoolie Fire fans do for kicks then?
