Not that anyone cares, of course (except maybe rtdavide who just quoted Genesis on a soccer board) but the end and moral of the story of Nimrod was that he tried to build a tower to reach heaven, then God BLASTED him by making everyone speak a different language, and the whole thing fell apart. (Hence, the Babelfish from a Douglas Adams book and the Babelfish website, which translates languages.....) And yes, carry on. Can't have no edumacation up in here. =)
I second this post. As a fellow Nor Cal Galaxy fan (I moved here earlier this year for a job) I take offense to potentially being considered a Quakes fan just because of my location.
With all due respect, your problem in LA isn't the coach. It's the FO people, Leiweke and Lalas. Yes, they brought in Becks. But neither knows a darned thing about building a winning soccer team. Still, if Bruce can shore up the D, Becks, LD, Buddle, and Lewis should be able to score enough goals to get you guys into the playoffs at least. P.S. And Chicago was year 3 (1998, 1997, 1996), not year 2.
Hey Galaxy's bandwaggoners,Galaxy don't do really well right now. We suck dog balls,we might not make it to the playoffs. You can jump off the wagon and go root for San Whores team. Yallop sucks. Those players that made him famous are now playing for Houston. Through thick & thin....Go Galaxy
