as im staying in berlin for a week (21-28 june), it would be great to play some football over there. are there any opportunities to play free just for fun? how often are the fields used? i will bring my boots with me if there is any chance. karli
Inside the Adidas Arena (in front of the Reichstag) they will setup several small pitches, for 5-a-side games it seems. Entrance fee is just 1 euro, so I plan to stop there during my visit to Berlin and play a couple of games.
Just hang out any any of the parks (but avoid the guys in the bushes, unless you're in to that, of course). There will be plenty of pick up games all over the place.
