I have Channel 1 here in NYC. It used to show one match from teh Russian Premier League every weekend. Since the Olympics have started, the fotoball broadcasts have stopped (have a hard time linking those two, since I'm not seeing any Olympics programming on Channel 1). In either case, anyone know if football is slated to return to Channel 1 any time soon? Thank you.
I ahve Channel 1 too and they have a tendency to screw over viewers in America when it comes to showing matches. I really don't care anymore, usually ESPN360 shows the same match and o tape delay if you'r etoo lzy to wake up that early like I am.
Dima, Thanks for your reply, but I can't watch ESPN.360, since my tv/phone/internet provider is Cablevision, and they are not partnered w/ ESPN for the internet channel. So, back to the original question - does anyone know if football is returning Channel 1 any time soon?
