I ran into this awesome site called Football Heroes. There are two books out (which can be viewed online at their site) involving Euro and World Cup teams from the past. Each team was assigned to different artists & their profiles were created. I think the book covers the winners & runner ups from each tournament. Really cool. Apparently you can get these books (I hear they run around $100). Really worth checking out http://footballheroes.org/index.htm
