    A good thing to do is just think about yourself succeeding. (Making good passes and crosses, scoring goals, and anything else good in a game.)

    for some reason i always have to take a crap before a game. but otherwise i just focus on the game and dont picture myself making any mistakes.

    i read somewhere that its good to have sex before a mtach, and the way i look at it is, if you score in the sac, your bound to score in the game right?

    Then again by doing this your legs will become weak and you will tire easier.

    on the right flank
    NIGHT BEFORE::::
    Eat Pasta with a tall glass of juice (Cranberry or Grape) CARB UP!!!
    Watch Highlights or whatever games are on TV (mentally put myself in the video)
    Get to sleep early (enough for atleast 8 hours of rest)

    MORNING OF::::
    Eat a bowl of Total cereal with a banana (Potassium & Vitamins)
    Drink Gatorade
    Keep off of the ol' legs

    ON THE WAY TO THE GAME::::
    Drink Water
    Listen to Progressive Trance (usually old Paul Oakenfold, Timo Maas, or the like... I hate trance otherwise)

    PRE-GAME::::
    Arrive 60-45 minutes early
    Take crap in locker room toilet (almost have to wait in line)
    Begin Pre-Game Warm-Up

    Now where talking I did it and coached it. The night before a match dream about making your opponent look like a chump, and as Russel Crow said in Gladiator "and it will be so". :)

    Get at least 200 or more touches before the start of a match. Because the first 200 touches won't be as good as the touches that come after them. get the crap touches out of the way before the match starts. Do it when your trying out for a team as well.
