    Have they been announcing the scores of the game for the games that are taking place on the flights back home?

    From prior experience, just ask the pilot as you are boarding the plane - Ive done this for years and they are always happy to oblige

    Yea...on Emirates they announced the scores and we were able to watch the previous day's matches that we missed, it was nice.

    On our delta flight from ATL -> Jburg they announced the scores once the games were over. There were gasps as we all learned of the Italy / New Zealand result.
