here's a rough of the first design i did, i mean really rough. mainly cause it's a screen shot of the publisher file. I couldnt save the original as a jpeg cause it was 7 feet wide by 4 feet tall. I'm new at this. but all suggestions are welcome Pedro
Um, not to intrude on the forum, but what exactly is meant by "Fist City"? I hope to God it's not some kinky sex shit.
Richmond is refered to as "The Fist City" among fans of hardcore/punk rock music. It started in the early to mid nineties a a way to describe the rough nature of the hardcore scene, which was huge back then, it has since died down but the city has pretty much adopted the nickname. and it sounds bad ass.
looks like Section 8 fist I had a fist when I was making graphic but never incorporated it cos I didn't want to spend much time, think it was gonna be dot on "i" in Richmond hehe I'll see if I can find it I totally forgot about this board, would never seen it if I didn't run search for something and saw title and then you might end up on vinyl banner side of divide hehe
Make sure you get there early to hang it up... I hear the Eagles already have their banners up (in Richmond )

The more QUALITY banners the better for everyone. It is always great to see someone make something that shows art and talent and not just toss up some vinyl piece of machine made crap.

An idea -- CafePress rolled out some printed banners last week -- right now, they're only one size, 44 by 36 inches. But I made the suggestion that they be made much bigger -- United supporter-sized, like several YARDS long by three feet tall.
I've had that website since 1993, I assure you that that's nowhere near topping the scales of emberassing on there that's what that folder is there for, so people can grab BB stuff I thought they are political party not supporters group but maybe I remember wrong =)
another idea, which is kinda old (back to old harDCore deisgn stuff last year) was to do two fists (kinda just the outlines) with fist and city written on the fingers on each hand.
I still like my bandit skull. It'll go on flag or sticker instead sometime i agree font is shit, but it was just placeholder
