    Chi 53 pts
    Metro 42
    Revs 42
    DC 38
    Col 35

    All with 1 Game remaining.
Revs + Metro are assured of getting either the 2 or 3 seed.

It'll be 4 games in a row when it's all said and done.

    Season Series so far :
Metro 3 at Rev 3 (Timmy's farewell game)
    Rev 2 at Metro 1
    Rev 2 at Metro 1
    Metro at Rev 10-25

    So there it is.

    Trip to foxboro?

At least it won't be Chicago in the first round.

We need Dan on this, but it feels like we traded away most of our draft picks. Strangely, we need to do well in the post-season to help out next year. If we bow out early we don't have the solace of a good draft pick to make us feel better over the winter. We need to finish strong so those picks we traded away don't look so good.

1st rounder - to LA for Gaven
2nd rounder - to Columbus, with Akwari, for Regan
3rd rounder - to SJ for Juskowiak

We might have traded one of the low ones too, don't remember.

Man, that's not good news. I would take either Akwari or a second rounder for Regan right about now.

So am I understanding correctly that we don't have a draft pick (unless of course we trade for one, which we will) until the 4th round? Ouch.

Oh, I wouldn't. Regan needs some time, but I still think he'll fit in MLS. Akwari is slow, and can't break into an abysmal defense in Columbus.

Hey dont forget we can aquire some of those early picks right back just as fast as we traded them away. I beleive thats what Bradley's plan is. You think anyone will take Williams or LeBlanc for an earl pick. I'm sure was can trade Ziadie for a first or second rounder.

Currently the Revs are 2nd and Metro are in 3rd because of the season series the Revs have the advantage. Both sides have same record and points right now. But if Metro can scrounge out a victory in Gillette this coming Sat. afternoon they will jump back into 2nd place because of Points. A draw or loss does the Metro no good and they will be stuck in 3rd.

    That's the situation.

I agree. We'll need someone to replace Richie Williams (sooner :) or later :( ) and I expect Rico to soon start missing some time with nats. duty. Besides, we have four outside backs (DiGi, Edgar, Leitch & Zaidie) that are better than Akwari.

Didn't we get any picks for Andy Williams ,just off the top of my head. Seems to me we get some compensation for losing Howard as well like some sort of allocation that should be worthwhile also.

We did, but the Williams pick was sent back to Chicago for Edgar. We do have the Howard allocation left, plus you wonder what happens if Moreno goes as expected.
