yesterday, Grupo Pegaso set the first stone of what is to be the new Pegaso Stadium in Acapulco. El Brody Campos was there as an honory guest.

    THATS GREAT.

Despite its 20 million inhabitants in and near Mexico City, there just isnt any more room for a first division club in Mexico City or Neza.

Necaxa got with the program. I think America, Cruz Azul, and Pumas are the only ones that can survive in Mexico City.

there are still a lot of places in Mexico that have not been tapped

  2. So, who are we moving? Puebla? Gallos Blancos? America?

So you're saying that Atlante will move there? You're probably right if it's Grupo Pegaso's team and Stadium.

I hope they don't change the name or colors.

    Atlante has some tradition.

    Atlante.

  5. That's a shame. Atlante is just starting to recover some of his antique might.

Agreed and they have been doing it with el Colorado Herrera who has been a great coach. This moving around of teams is a damn shame. Lets see what happens with the Tijuana expansion and hopefully they will get rid of the Trotamundos name. Internacional Tj was a cool name dont know why they just dont go back to it or at least Nacional Tj..

El Piojo Herrera has proven that he can coach. I would take him over Lavolpe right now.

In this circumstance, I see it as a positive for Atlante and a lot of fans. I mean, who is the Atlante fan base anyways? Tepito and Neza thugs? They don't have a fan base and they can get that in Acapulco.
Besides, expanding the footy atmosphere around Mexico is a great thing.

One more thing VS.......I really don't see a team in Tijuana.....not now with San Diego Chivas in the works.
