Boca in USA Today -- ink-and-paper edition!

That USA Today article is on page 3 of the national sports section, and takes up half the page! That's huge for a soccer bit! They've also got a quick playoff rundown to the right of it and an article about the Columbus game right below, so the whole thing takes up about 60% of the page. Not bad...

 

Alright, good article about Sarachan on the back page of the Trib Sports section. Did anyone read this article in the Trib as opposed to the web?

There is a large picture with Sarachan, Whitfield, Jaqua, Capano, Futagaki, and two other players (one of which is sporting a goalkeeping jersey and it sure as hell isn't Spiteri).

Replaced already?

PS, it might be Ring, but I wasn't really sure, and I have no idea who the 7th player is.

 

Best non-Chicago area piece on the Fire and that I've read in at least a year.

I didn't know the GK (Doesn't look like Ring to me). I'm pretty sure the 7th player is Nick Wallis.

 

It's not RIng, and it's not Spiteri.
