Anytime I saw them on TV for Houston or Chivas I was extremely grateful we didn't have to put up with them. Very disappointed in the FO on this one.

in my opinion, having cheerleaders at a soccer match seems tacky.... we are not the NFL... we are not the NBA... we do not need anorexic girls aiding in the atmosphere...

watching them at the Crew games only adds to my reasoning... it is something this league DOES NOT NEED....

 

not to mention they are practically pointless.... in NFL and NBA games they are out there at stoppages trying to build the atmosphere... i guess this leaves only half time where they could be used... and i wont speak for all, but i typically use the restroom and get a fresh beer at that point.....

if you go to the fire games, watch the game... if you want to watch girls dance around, go to a strip club....
