All right, which one of you was it. During the game last night in the top of the 6th just after Pedro walked, the camera showed a closeup of a guy wearing a Fire shirt. Who was it now?

He he he. You have to admit Fire fans seem to be the biggest World Travelers. At the World Cup in Korea you had a few guys with Fire Jerseys and scarves on. Now at the World Series!! Next your gonna see us at the World Figure Skating Championships!!! and at the Full contact bocci ball championships!

It wasn't me, but I make it a point to wear my Fire shirt and cap to all the baseball games I go to. Drives my wife NUTS (and the stupid baseball fans ask me if "I'm a fireman").

I think the bigger question is:

My wife saw the person, too. My question: what hat was he wearing?

It was a red crew collar sweat shirt with the logo on the left breast (no pocket)

I wear jersey's etc. all over as I travel across the country because they're comfortable and cool while schleping through airports, etc. Can't tell you how many times I've been asked if I'm a Chicago Fireman and then have to give the "it's a soccer team" lecture.

Oh well, if I can educate anyone about soccer and the Fire then all those questions will be worth it.

A couple of years ago, I was vacationing in Clearwater, FL and visited this great barbeque stand. They were originally from Kansas City and I was wearing my Fire hat. I was waiting for my order and they asked where I was from and then they said something to the effect of, "Well, you boys are really brave and it's a tough job." And I was like, "Huh? Oh, no. It's a soccer team."

As somebody has been seen wearing a Fire shirt at the world series I thought it was about time I showed my support by getting some Fire gear of my own. Could anyone point me in the direction of a good online store where I can order some.
When I get it I`ll even wear it to game over here get one of my mates to take photo of somebody wearing a Fire shirt at an English League game and post it for you all to see, What do you think? Not a Lincoln game for obvious reasons but most likely a Premier League game that I go to see once or twice a year.
I love it when you where a shirt that nobody is familiar with everybody looks as if to say who is that? Nobody over here looks at Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal shirts etc because they are so common. When I go to an EPL game in a Lincoln Shirt everyone looks but in a Fire shirt they would really be puzzled. :D
