A concerned reader asks: 1.Just wondering: Is there an online map showing where the Waldron parking/lot deck is? A Columnist other than Coz or Quigley responds: Supposedly this link works: http://www.suntimes.com/special_sections/soldier_field/index.html If not, maybe some other caring reader will respond. Can you find Waldron in this picture? If you can, you win an invite to the BB1871 Tailgate! When? October 10, 2003 From whenever the tailgate crew can get into the parking lot to ½ hour before game time. Where? Top floor of that elusive concrete structure south of Soldier Field. Below the flags. How much? $5 same as always. What? The BarnBurner "Where’s Waldron" Tailgate Why? Because Fire fans haven’t contributed as much trash to Chicago’s trash heap as Cubs fans. (Hey, Daley is willing to clean up after Wrigley, I'm sure he'll clean up his new dump!)
this shows where waldron deck is. http://www.chicagobears.com/communi...3779&include=&show_rail=no&nav_key=otf&subnav
Can you go to the tailgate if you park in the south lot, or do you have to park in the waldron lot to have access to the top floor?
Are the Barn Burners throwing a tailgate on Friday? - If so, where is it? - Can I come if I'm not a member? - Is Fonsos really wearing a crown? Maximum Respect, Don Crafts Chicago, USA Faster, harder & louder. Since 1965.
----The event is being observed by the anthropologists from the neaby Field Museum...something about viewing the tribe in its natural environment. Careful not to disturb the observers. They'll be the ones hiding behind the duck blinds
All very good questions, son. Why yes Beav, the BarnBurners ARE throwing a tailgate. Anyone with mapreading skills better than the average Korean taxidriver can find it on the above map. Everyone is welcome to attend. Fonsos is wearing a crown, but not on his head. (You can't get on my case about Korean taxidrivers unless you were at World Cup and experienced them.)
--This sounds like a theological question. Can one have direct experience of this vision, or does one need an intermediary to interpret it? Yeah, it's friday & I'm bored sh##less.
