Some articles headlines have said Di Maria will miss the rest of tournament but if read the article entirely, it says "most likely and he will undergo scan"

Here's an example of those articles

    http://www.thescore.ie/angel-di-maria-injured-1556228-Jul2014/

Angel Di Maria ruled out of World Cup

The report from within the camp say the injury is not a serious one, but they will await a scan on the leg before putting a more solid time-frame on his recovery.

It has be said that Messi extended dribble was big part of the goal.

This was the best game we played so far. We won deservedly, had the best chances, and even defended well (!). Not for one moment i suffered the game like I did the Switzerland one (apart from the natural suffering from being just one goal ahead).

Now i'm gonna read the whole thread from the match start.

I agree, even though I suffered as a slave. Can´t seem to calm down when watching any Arg match. Heck, I even got nervous watching Costa Rica.

According to Grondona , Maradona is the vulture, the team beat Iran when he left the stadium.

The truth is, Tevez is he real vulture.

For those who has criticized Pipita (me included before this match)

    Here's the reason

    http://www.theepochtimes.com/n3/788...king-by-napoli-striker-despite-his-poor-form/

Higuain scored 25 goals in 46 games for Napoli this season. But his last match before the World Cup was the Italian Cup final in May. Sabella said Higuain’s ankle injury meant he wasn’t 100 percent fit when the team started its campaign in Brazil.

But with Sergio Aguero injured, and Juventus striker Carlos Tevez excluded from the World Cup squad, Argentina has little choice but to keep Higuain in the lineup if Sabella sticks to his 4-3-3 formation.

“He is improving every day. In the last match he ran more than any other player. He sacrifices himself for the team,” Sabella said.

Last week Higuain said he was no longer feeling pain in his ankle and that he was gaining rhythm in training.

Now with more days to rest, no extra time against Belgium, hopefully Pipita would be finally fully fit!

do we need to go that far?
not suiting the NT does not make him any less a player, or Argentine.
whatever he had expressed to the press (and however they want to play it), I'm sure the NT and WC are on top of his mind, just like any of us, if not more so.

Dehydration can cause muscle injuries and the coaching staff should have made sure everyone had enough fluids the day before.

Also, he put everything on the line for Real Madrid this season and that could be one of the reasons why his muscle couldnt take it anymore.

At this point im hoping Ricky can do the work but hes a completely different player than Di Maria but does have pace, dribbling and passing ability.

We'll see how it goes its a tough match

Little pipe. His father, who played too, was called "pipa" (pipe), because of his big nose.
