If he felt they were playing badly he could have gone 442 with two blocks of four and Rashford and Kane up top, and looked to aggressively counter. Instead it was a 541 and attack vs defence.

If he played a good game as coach he needs to explain why the shots from Hernandez weren’t countered effectively, and why the crossers weren’t being closed down in the last minutes when the fullbacks were doing great before the goal.

Definitely, but I think that the players also have to take a good look in the mirror, and the situations such as Bellingham responding defiantly to Tuchel have to be rooted out.
