Only seven appearances all season from all the keepers in the Scotland squad. That surely must become an issue at a pressure tournament like the WC? Their most likely number 1 Angus Gunn hasn’t started a club game since May 2025.
There pretty much only 2 Scottish starting goalkeepers in the Scottish Premiership, for comparison there are 3 English starting keepers. They might be the worst country in the world at producing Goalkeepers.

Lets see, before every World Cup there's an abundance of stories forecasting disaster and I don't think it has ever materialised.
What’s the reason they are saying as to why FIFA are cancelling hotel rooms? I can get it if people travelling from far and wide are cancelling, especially if they have ever dared to criticise the boss. To cut a long story short, I met a guy a few weeks back who was detained at an American airport last Christmas, handcuffed and put in ankle chains for two days before being put back on a flight to Sweden. He was only transferring to visit family in Ecuador for Christmas, lost all his money and obviously felt humiliated. I mean there’s many reasons why people might be put off traveling to the US at the moment.
