This is the absolute ref of your nightmares to have against Argentina, he's been so soft on them for everything and of course first chance he gets to book an England player he takes it and doesn't even let us have the corner at the end.

Cagey first half but we looked good till we got a bit rattled after the Anderson yellow. No chances at either end but I thought we have generally looked the better team, it's just Argentina are allowed to foul us at will making it extremely hard to build attacks.

 

Yeah thought Rogers might have been a decent option but he’s not really given us much on that right hand side. Really need to get Saka on pretty soon I think.

 

IMHO. Ref has been better than expected/feared.
