I think Koepka is a bit of an Anglophone. He started out playing the Challenger and European Tours, and was based in the UK for a couple of years.

Hardly much of a disruption when it was resolved amicably, bit of a nonsense headline.

 

The England squad were told to shelter indoors on Saturday evening after a tornado warning was issued for much of Kansas City.

Kind of hard to tell when these journalists are joking, considering all the crap they write being fully serious.

 

It's quite clear they've chosen "training camp disaster" as the theme hammer home after the training equipment being stolen got lots of attention.

Now they're all busy trying to produce as many articles trying to beat the dead horse as they can from that narrative.

It's quite common in international breaks they find a theme to coalesce around then run it to the ground. It's a good sign usually that nothing actually concerning is afoot.

 

If they're going to slag something off then non-football organisation is a good one. Prefer that to targeting players and coaches.

Yeah, l suppose it makes a difference Dean, when all you've got to think about is what party game you'll be playing that night, rather than how you're going to carry the expectations of a nation on your back, with a rabid English press baying for your blood.

 

Taking a week to get the first round of matches played shows how bloated the tournament is. We'll all be champing at the bit by the time England play.

 

Fitting he is the ref after doing the match Tuchel is most impressed by.

Eberechi Eze would have no qualms about taking a penalty for England at the World Cup.

The Arsenal midfielder missed from the spot when his team lost the shootout to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final in Budapest last month.

Apparently he thinks Guehi is not tall or physical enough. Saka is still struggling so Madueke will start.

 

Don't mind madueke starting. He'll cause the Croatian left-back all sorts of problems

 

Watching the games, I feel better about England's chances.

 

I like Guehi but I’ve actually thought this at times when watching him that he isn’t that good in the air.
