The only disappointment for me was O'Reilly. He just didn't combine well with the attackers and his delivery was off. Hopefully he's looking more comfortable in training.

Decent match and it was good to get 3 people not named Kane scoring. Watkins looks in very good form. Gordon also looks in better form than Rashford in this system.

I think Quansah or Spence might well be second choice right back should James need replacing.

 

Definitely seems like Spence is the third choice full-back over Livramento which I'm fine with.

 

Spence is definitely second choice left back. I’m less certain he is second right back over Quansah.

 

I’ve quite enjoyed Spence these friendlies.

 

He carries the ball quite well and is full of running. Given the squad we have taken he is in with a shout of starting at left back.

 

We really should. Especially against the Scots. They love that line about rebellious Scots to crush

 

Spence, has gotten some critisism. I don't agree with that.

 

We'll see but my bet would be that if Reece James got injured early in a game, Spence would be the one to come on.

 

Tuchel hinting these friendlies were not really for decisions who should start.

 

Our players, in general, don't look knackered at all. That's a positive surprise.

 

Tuchel talks so well. He's completely different to capello. I know I compared them a few weeks ago but he's won me over

Not yet, Tuchel still has a chance to go beyond Sven. Sven was always about about negative moments (Seaman blunder, lost shoot outs). Tuchel hasn't let us down so far.
