https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.usatoday.com/amp/1259010001 Yeah right. I don’t care, I’m sitting wherever I want anyway.
Morning everyone! I am in search of 3 tickets to the finals game I don’t care if they aren’t together just would love to be at the match. I already have semi final tickets
French stewards are idiots, you should be careful really. There is a really low tolerance for fans behaviour in France atm. Many many men's games see away fans forbidden to travel altogether or with stupid restrictions to prevent them from coming. We saw the mess at Euros 2016...
I have already printed my tickets and they are single ones (I am not going to the matches with any relatives): should I be careful that they are not chenged around to re-allocate some of the "separated ones", even I was not separate from anyone?
I just checked the site again & now my tickets aren't available to print. Does this mean they are re-issuing? My Lyon tickets aren't avail. But my other tix (Le Havre) are still good. IDK.
I too have tickets for a semi-final and the tickets are no longer printable in my order. in detail the seats are still the same (not side by side) may be that they will change them to put side by side, this would be an exellent news !
Latest FIFA news shows the LOC machines printing the tickets. They have sold 830 000 as of today and are printing around 200 000 to be sent to the football family ( ie clubs districts leagues who bough the tickets via the presale reserved to the French football family with a small discount as well around 10%). Every other tickets are self-printing of course if available as we know FIFA and the LOC are trying to clear the mess they have created.
Sorry, what does LOC exactly stand for? I printed my tickets some weeks ago: shouls I print them again?
message in my order : Please note that FIFA and the LOC are currently working on improving the seating arrangements for certain orders for a limited number of matches. If your order is affected, please expect to receive a dedicated communication shortly. in case you can not print your tickets anymore
I'm not surprised there's trouble with the tickets, look at the size of them (FIFA.com) "Local Organizing Committee" (or possibly "Loco Organizing Catastrophe") Don't worry, it took me this long to work out what "VAR" means:
920 000 sold out of 1 300 000. not bad at all. Still 8 000 to shift for France v Norway, games in Nice and Montpellier are not popular sadly.
I've not been able to print my VISA presale tickets. I received email confirmation of the orders way back at that time, but the orders don't show up in "My Orders." I've emailed to them, I've used the website comment form, they keep sending me the same instructions that don't work. I keep asking for them to send me a file I can print myself. I don't even see them, so it's not that the printing is held up. As to seating, one of our Lyon semis we are together, and one we are five rows apart. WTF.
We are flying in Paris for opening match and I’ve printed my tickets already only I found out last night the seats have been changed!! And they never communicated this to me!
Did it come from 'tickets@loc2019.fr', or from some other address? We have not been able to print our tickets since the message (already referenced by others in this thread) appeared in our ticketing account saying that: "PLEASE NOTE THAT FIFA AND THE LOC ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON IMPROVING THE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS FOR CERTAIN ORDERS FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF MATCHES. IT IS THEREFORE NORMAL THAT SOME E-TICKETS ARE NOT DOWNLOADABLE. IF YOUR ORDER IS AFFECTED, PLEASE EXPECT TO RECEIVE A DEDICATED COMMUNICATION SHORTLY." (Apologies for all caps, FIFA appears to like to shout.) No email from FIFA or the LOC has appeared in my in-box, nor in my spam folder.
I’ve checked my spam as well, nothing. I was able to print out my USAvSWE when they were available a couple of weeks ago, same with the Lyon package. But now, they aren’t available, just like about ... everyone.
