Pichon received five 1st place coaches votes (Ireland, Burkina Faso, Djibouti, Niger and Switzerland), five 2nd place votes (Norway, England, Iceland, Tahiti....and on April Heinrichs' ballot) plus 2 3rd place votes (Scotland and Portugal). Lorrie Fair got a third place vote from Italy (crap, she was on Lou Tilley's Sports Connection last night as one of the Lou's Cannons, a roundtable discussion of sports of all sorts and I missed it :( ).

Michelle Akers got a first place vote from Argentina ( to the infinite power on the latter)

    Prinz was robbed.

Those voting are ignorant of the female game, generally.

We clearly can't discount the tremendous color commentary she presented this year...

Leave Elizabeth alone. There's probably a rule that says that you can' vote for a person from your team's country first. Still not second or third. Anyway, Katia did do quite well this season. I like Kazakhstan's third choice. I'll take a guess and say she will probably be leading the country in their first Euro Championship campaign. I like the Brazillian team's coach's first choice. A good choice indeed. Here's a question. Where are Australia's picks?

Yes, there is a rule, you cannot vote for a player from your country.
