    there should be straight red card for that nasty elbowing for dempsey in 1st minute. so, slovenia would win comfortably and we wouldn`t need this discussion..

    Mmmkay. Well this thread started off decently enough with a news article, but pretty quickly descended into rehashing the decision yet again, and other posters taking the opportunity to troll US fans.

    I'm going to close it and move it to the Group C forums. If the Group C mods see value in it they may reopen, move it to the US forums or merge it with another thread.
