FIFA Rule Regarding Nationality and Eligibility

    "Since January 1, players with dual citizenship or nationality who have not played international football above under-21 level have been eligible to apply to world soccer's governing body to change the country they represent."

    Correct me if I'm wrong please, but this makes the issue regarding a certain DC United's eligibility pretty clear.

    Oh dear tiger, why is this meaning less issue being discussed again? We don't want him and he probably dosen't want to play for us. There is no point. Mani close this one too before it turns into another crappy thread.

    I wanted to reply to the other one, but was closed 13 minutes before I read it!!! now is my chance :D

    Zidane was in a similar situation with Algeria, he still played for France.
