I saw this as a press release on a news wire.
Field Turf at Victoria Street? Is there any real grass left in MLS?

Of the many practice fields, there will be a few with Field Turf. Not in the Stadium, however.

That's not what the press release implies. Notice the date of the release is yesterday. Is your understanding based on the latest information?

There will be grass in the stadium.

John, there have been pictures recently showing the irrigation system being laid in the stadium, obviously that would not be needed for field turf.

well, there would be need for some irrigation... as they wouldn't want ponding... but there will be grass

I think you are confusing irrigation systems with drainage systems.

Irrigation is needed to bring water into the field, drainage is needed to remove it from the field.

Grass and field turf both need drainage systems but only grass needs irrigation.

So what? Don't you think that passing off misconception as fact is in some way dishonest?
