Lynch's FC is what was registered with the FSA/US Open Cup prior to their arrival in the FESL. With Lynch's FC joining the FESL, they were asked to incorporate the name of the city they represent. The FESL requires all teams to include the city or county in which they play in... i.e. Lynch's FC of Jacksonville.

That crest was just an idea of mine. That being said, and no disrespect meant, I'd have to say that an semi-pro regional league (whose teams apparently don't have websites) won't have quite the pull of a USL-1 team. More power to the FESL, it's great to have these kinds of leagues. At the same time, it's hard to draw comparison between that and a league that had two of its teams reach the knockout stages of the CONCACAF Champions League (including a semifinalist). I'm not trying to start a flame war here, just provide a little perspective. I had no idea Orlando FC even existed until WhiteStarWarriors reposted Redknapp's news in our USL thread. From what I understood, it was a youth team, but apparently that's just some team with the same name.
