With Feilhaber playing in second division, wouldn't it make more sense to come back to MLS? Or is this a question where second division is equal to MLS or money issue- ie he gets paid more to play there then he would in MLS?

I hope Ceres will be along to provide you with a more complete answer, but even though they were relegated AGF is one of Denmark's bigger clubs. They are currently top of the table in the second division and they seem very likely to be one of two teams that come back up. If they don't achieve promotion, that may change the story, but my guess is Feilhaber is staying put for now.

BTW, he's scored 7 goals and made 19 appearances (both tied for third best on the squad), so he appears to be one of their more important players.

I'd love to see him in MLS though.

Wasnt there rumors of Brasilian club Botafogo looking into him? It would be AMAZING if he went to brasil, a better league then MLS and even mexico where there are some of our NT players also.

BRasil too is better then the league in denmark. I hope he goes if indeed its true.

    What makes no s-e-n-s-e?

For the first time in his career Feilhaber is being treated well by a club that wants him. The fans love him, the coaches want him, and he likes the team. Aarhus is one of the biggest teams in Denmark and had a really unfortunate season last year.

With Aarhus he can fight for promotion, play for the team in the first division next year, and stay in a comfortable club situation for another two years. For a guy with Feilhaber's past, there's no telling how important that may be to him.

Ives was saying Buddle is getting a boatload more cash now than when he was with LA. Probably the same situation here. Until we we raise our cap to a realistic level, MLS will always be a 3rd or 4th option for most players. Money makes the world go round.
